Hi Georg,

you compare server side and client side libraries, which are technological
completely different. You tell that apples are better than pears.

If you claim that client side programming is better than server side
programming, you need to add for reasons of clarity, that people have to do
double programming in many cases, to get clean results. They additionally
need to code server side functionality for the case, that JS is turned off.
Using real server orientated ajax they don't need to do this kind of double
programming.

But how many self-appointed experts don't even know this, don't do the
additional fallback? How many deliver pages to their customers that fail in
the moment javascript is turned off? And how many of mootool pages will
break with the next genaration of Web browsers?

Test you own pages! Check if you delivered a proper work of if they break,
because of insane use of JS libs. If they break, improve them. Do all the
additional work necessary for mootools. Then again compare apples and
pears.
