[TYPO3-ect] Status lib/div beta branch

Hello Elmar,

It's a thing of disciplin to stick on the community-projects these days.
My status is: The wiki-editor is getting 4 tabs using the library Ext-JS

/ Team // Code // Link - Bug - Extension - Tagging // Draft Warning /

then I can go on with the exportimport, so that the lib/div-docs can be
published.

Sorry, that I just find 1 hour a week for doing the stuff. Should be
much more.
