I have now uploaded an extension, that just defines dependencies from those
libraries and basic extensions that take part in coordination. The
extension key is "ect". Pear is included.

I am sure you have in mind, that it could be interesting to implement wiki
links for extensions into TER.

Also with the addon trick we can get more overview into TER and motivate
poeple to provide addons instead of coding calendar no 723 who only does
50% of the other calendars and differes in 2%.
