[TYPO3-ect] Paper on Extension development from kasper

Hi folks,

I somewhere read about an article on extension development from Kaspar. 
Must be something like a guideline for organizing the development 
process or something like that. Does anybody of you know about that 
paper, I looked on the T3 website but couldn't find it.
