[TYPO3-ect] lib/div: last milestone of alpha branch

Hello,

with the current versions, the last milestone of the aplha branch has been
reached. It's 3 weeks behind the roadmap.

The important feature of this version is the result browser. I decided to
tag this versions in TER, but not to upload them to the TER, because there
are already some breaks of compatibilty while the final TS configurable
action pipe still hasn't been reached. 

The next version will be the final alpha version and it will contain the
action pipe. I did a lot of work in research to find out an easy, general
but powerfull way to handle the different levels of configuration. The
specification for this last steps is nearly complete now.
