[TYPO3-ect] Extension naming conventions (spread the news)

Hi list,

as you might have seen, there have been released some addon extensions 
for commerce these days. I wrote to the author, that he probably should 
use the ECT-style naming for addons (fullExtensionKey__addonKey) - as he 
wasn't aware of them - and then he pointed me on this page:

I guess we (or who ever can change content on typo3.org) should add 
informations about the ECT-style naming conventions.

Elmar wrote somewhere around April, that he's talking to Robert or 
somebody else to probably get a change in the TER, so that addon 
extensions get grouped to the 'parent' extension. What is the status of 
this?

Is the ECT-style naming approved by the core-team or who ever has to 
decide that?

I had a look on the wiki - but didn't find any information about the 
naming guidelines. Maybe wo should add them there, too.

If the ECT-style naming of extensions is official - we should try to 
spread that 'news' to the developers.
