[TYPO3-ect] Kickstarter: bugs or wrong version

Hello Andreas,

thank you for feedback about kickstarter__mvc. To install versions from TER
is O.K. to start with. Please keep an eye to this list, the wiki and to the
subversion repository to learn about improvements. Between lib 0.0.24 and
the official "stable alpha" release a few updates will happen, mainly for
the configurable action pipeline and it's processors.

kickstarter__mvc is still in development. It can help you much to create a
skeleton of files. It's to early to expect that the generated files run out
of the box. The more feedback Christian get's the better kickstarter__mvc
will run.
