No. This mechanism is more complex. This is for extending an existing
controller without XCLASS conflicts. The felxform switch much more simple.

If you have a list of files and that list is growing to long, you create
subdirectories for the files. It's that simple. If you don't like to select
a plugin from a list with 177 entries, you organize them by a new sublevel.
