[TYPO3-ect] Invitation for the initial team of the "BETA" branch

Hi Elmar,

Sure thing Elmar.

For testing purposes of the beta version I need  one first working version
to upgrade from alpha.

I have a question Elmar:

Alpha version development is stopped from now on?
