Hi,

the first draft of PHP5-style div-extension is committed.

Main changes:
- - All functions in tx_div and tx_div_ff are now declared "public static"
- - All internal references are changed from tx_div to self
- - If possible, type-hints in method-signature are included

In the class tx_div_alpha I only changed the function declaration to
static and put in some type-hints, but some of this functions will not
work (using of this) so I left it for further corrections.
