[TYPO3-ect] Autoload-function for lib/div?

so how will we proceed?

My suggestion:

I create a the new class tx_lib in SVN and implement the
autoload-funcionality.

My suggestion would be to also implement the registry-pattern-stack
within this class, because:
- - it is short
- - it is always available
