[TYPO3-ect] kickstarter__mvc again

Hi there,

during the last days i did some major changes to the kickstarter__mvc again
to support multiple controllers. 
Now the kickstarter__mvc should support the generation of plugins using
the lib_switch mechanism and has a new flag "default action" that (as the
name implies) defines the default action of a controller.

It would be fine, if some of you could get the current version from svn and
stress test the whole kickstarter again. Please report bugs here and in
bugs.typo3.org.
