[TYPO3-ect] Finally a result browser

I am trying to understand the PAC concept in LIB.

Please Elmar or anyone if you have time in a short way, how the  father-son
relation is implemented in lib, that is, how the parent PAC structure is
informed of a change in a child PAC structure.
