[TYPO3-ect] lib/div: Next to last milestone to beta release

With the beta release the API will be stabelized, apart from the forms
classes, that are still marked alphpa for a while. That's the main reason
why lib was alpha for over a year. I wanted to invest enough time to
experience and optimize the API without having to bother with compatibility
issus and keeping lot's of obsolete functions.
