[TYPO3-ect] lib/div: Next to last milestone to beta release

Thank you everyone with the ECT for all your hard work and especially 
Elmar for lib/div and your leadership in this area. After getting the 
new source I was not surprised to find that I needed to chop quite a bit 
of code from my extensions, thank you for that!  I have been working 
with the lib/div codebase for a few projects recently and am finding 
many wonderful things I can do with them.  Of course, the greatest part 
of lib/div and ECT is that it is returning some of the luster to our 
beloved TYPO3.

I almost left T3 completely after doing a few projects with RoR and 
CakePHP (which has the impressive AMFPHP flash library I hope to 
implement into TYPO3).  ECT has brought to TYPO3 a new life that will 
hopefully find a beautiful home in the new world of TYPO3 v5 whenever 
that may happen.
