Hello Franz,

if you quote, please do it in a proper way. You have removed one sentence
from my posting in a way, that changes my statment. Then you are telling me
that I am wrong there. Well, that is not very surprising. ;-)

Here I wrote the sentence: 

We had a similar sitution, when we asked for a central PEAR directory in the
core, to avoid multiple extension dependencies.
