[TYPO3-ect] lib/div: Next to last milestone to beta release

Hello,

there will be the day, when many developers see how easy the life can be 
with lib/div.

Then many extensions will depend on it, and then it comes on the server 
with one of the first installs. So it's not needed to integrate it into 
the core :-)

Then there's really NO question how MANY extensions depend on lib and/or 
div. Then it's just a fact that it's there.

The core-developers are very diligent, much more than me. It's a good 
decision to just integrate into the core what 95% of the community wants 
to have in it. So the core is very stable!! That's great!
