Hi,

I have to add a second remark.

What is really eating up important milliseconds is, that every little
extension building an own library, building an own resultbrowser, own
categories, etc., etc. Take cal, take tt_news, take many others. Why?
Because the core doesn't offer a usable library. tslbi_pibase is an library
falling 10 years behind what other systems offer. It's no fun to work with
it.

We try to provide this functions in a common coordinated library, instead of
repeating the same stuff in hundreds of extensions. That can save important
milliseconds. What do you? Do you support this important effort? No. You
complain.

What is really eating up important resources it the no_cache parameter, that
is still not fixed. That is still used by tt_news and many other
extensions. The worldwide occurance of this has grown by 50% in 3 monthes:

What do you? Did you remove it from the core, did you remove it from
pi_base? No. You complain about a library, that completly avoids the use of
this harmful parameter and replaces it by better design.
