[TYPO3-ect] lib supports Presentation-Abstraction-Control (PAC) WAS: Subcontrollers

Hello ECT,

there was no feedback at all. Probably I didn't manage to express my
thoughts in a simple way. 

But there is nothing you can think, that hasn't already been thought about
by others. So today I discoverd offical terms. The magic words are PAC:
Presentation-Abstraction-Control.

A while ago I implemented lib in a way that it is possible to use
subcontrollers this way. But it still waits to be tested.


Now we have the words to communicate it:

lib supports the Presentation-Abstraction-Control (PAC) Pattern!
