Hi,

this proposals sound reasonable for me. I can make out different roles, to
get this kind of sponsoring working:

1.) The designer of the concept: David. Should get payment for further
    consultance and already done work.
2.) The coder(s) that implement it: Need payment.
3.) Compenies that are interested to sponsor: Want to give money, 
    but need an organizer, that coordinates all and is trusworthy.
4.) Agents: The trustworthy, experienced organizer, that contacts 
    compenies and developers to bring them together.(WEC)

I think point 4 is, what is regularly missing, even in case of the T3
association. There is money, there are developers, but resources to
organize details like this are missing.
