[TYPO3-ect] Bug 6019: tx_lib_link linkVars ignored

I can confirm that it's working smoothly with "normal" linkVars. I've 
been trying that on a 4.1.1 source and lib 0.0.23 (from repos, not svn).

My TS setup:

config.linkVars = L,foo

When I enter http://myhost/index.php?id=10&L=2&foo=bar the links on this 
page created by tx_lib_link are printed out in the correct way 
containing the two linkVars.
