[TYPO3-ect] Bug 6019: tx_lib_link linkVars ignored

OK. Now we can say that it's "normal", that the type can't be set as
linkVars. We have no confirmation of this bug ever occured for other
linkVars. 

Can anybody report positive or negative experiences with other linkVars? We
didn't have problems with a multilanguage site. Isn't the "L" parameter is
a linkVar, too?
