Ok, i kicked my ass a bit and got some of the bugs done.
Now the content of the comments field is inserted as documentation
into the phhdoc sections, and kickstarter__mvc now supports several
plugins per extension.

Would be nice if someone could test this a bit.

By the way i'm yet waiting for a simple example how to use the 
smartyView and how the template looks like ...
