[TYPO3-ect] MVC

Hello Stefano,

"cal" is an extension developed with the MVC proposals of Jeff.

In this list you find the discussions during our development of the lib/div
concept. You find a usage example in form of the extension "articles". I
hope we get it to beta in summer and to stable in autumn.

lib/div is still very slim. It should be enriched with further classes:

* different types of views, I think of:

- classical TYPO3 templates
- smarty
- typoScript

* language class
* formular libraries

Support by other developers is appriciated in this fields.

I want to take up documentation, developement, coordianation and
advertisement again within the next weeks. Public advertisement and
documentation will also be done in a printed version within the last
chapter of the german book TYPO3 4.0 by galileo press that comes out in june.
