Well this means we build up our "role trees" the other way round I think
- from the "bottom" to the top. I like this quite a lot, once you got
used to it it is very easy to use.
> b) The moderator as subgroup of his team with additional rights.

Well, but this is just the same thing as of above, just the other way
around I think.
However, a) has some advantages IMO, specifically that it is possible to
include the rights from two "sub groups" (which are more like "include
groups" I feel) - I don't see this in b).
