[TYPO3-extbase] FE-URL in BE

Hi All

In a Scheduler Task I need Frontend-URLs for normal Plugin-Actions.

The Extension tx_pagepath generates on each call a real page-request and
thats a real problem.

How is the offical way to generate FE-Action-Links in the Controller?
