Sebastian Kurfürst started the participate page on typo3.org
(http://typo3.org/community/participate/). Wouldn't it be a chance to
get more designs if we ask the community for help?

On one side I think this would be great to get more designs to choose
from. But it could also complicate things if we have 20 designs instead
of 3-4 at the end.

What do you think?
