[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC #18297: dam_catedit: Remove old and deprecated code

Hi there

This is an old-style patch request for dam_catedit.

Problem:
dam_catedit 1.2 requires TYPO3 4.5+. Therefore some old version switches 
can be removed.

Calls to t3lib_div::testInt and t3lib_div::intInRange need to be changed 
to the wrapper methods in class.tx_dam.php because these methods are 
deprecated in TYPO3 4.6.

Needs https://review.typo3.org/#change,5483 applied to work.
