[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC #15478: Remove exclude = 1 for required fields of tx_dam table

Hi Lorenz,

i tested this with a fresh group and user on my local setup.
I did not assign any exclude fields to the user, so only basic 
read/write for the dam tables.
The patch fixed the problem with the file being indexed multiple times 
perfectly.


So +1 on reading and testing concerning that and the not-showing-up bug
