Simple cause: dam_tv_c allows you to define dam-image and dam-file
fields for fce. the actual frontend rendering of these file-fields is
left to the EXT:dam_filelinks. The dependency on dam_ttcontent is there
because the frontend rendering of images is done by this extension.
dam_tv_c also provides backend thumbnails for these dam-fields in fce.
If you do not use dam-file-fields in your tv-dam-environment, you can
simply ignore dam_filelinks.
