Hi folks,

this is an SVN patch request to correct my own inattention.

Problem:
In 1.1 branch and trunk of DAM processing doesn't work. In 0016543 the 
global form tag in mod_list/index.php was removed to avoid nesting forms 
layout problems. As a side action processing doesn't work anymore 
because it depended on this form tag.

Solution:
The attached patch re-introduces this form tag, but directly in 
modfunc_list_batch.php.
