Problem:
If a user wants to set a link to a document from RTE, he marks the words 
to be linked and adds a new link.

In the upload module he can upload up to 15 files (default: 5) which is 
quite puzzling as he could only select one word and therefore can only 
link one file at a time.

Solution:
The patch introduces a new TSconfig:

tx_dam.elementBrowser.upload.setTo

If this config is set to an integer value (between 1-15, higher values 
are set to 15), this number of file upload fields are shown and the 
selector to choose more fields is not visible.

Normally you set it to 1 if you don't want to confuse your users with 
more than one field when they can only link one word.
