[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC #16896: Term Web>File in extension configuration is outdated

_v2 corrects a misspelling (manage -> manages)

Because of #16349 you have to update the settings in the EM. So it's 
okay from my point of view to change the key of this em setting from 
web_file to file_filelist.
