Hi everyone

this is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
The processing-window shows wrong character encoding in non-ISO-8859-1 
installations because the charset of the processing iFrame is hardcoded 
as iso-8859-1.

Solution:
The attached patch reads the charset for the progress iFrame from the 
PageRenderer. Thanks Helmut Hummel for assistance.
