[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC #15651: Table fields in extension manager

Problem:
If you install the current dam svn version and use the extension manager 
to update the table fields you get a hint that some fields should be 
updated. If you do this and go back to this page you are getting the 
same hint.

Solutions:
- Add a "DEFAULT ''" to the two table fields with VARCHAR(4000)
- Remove the number of indexed chars in key because the file_hash is 32 
chars long and will be indexed completely
