[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC #11394: Bug: Broken media list view in IE-8

Problem:
DAM's media list module doesn't render properly in IE-8 due to nested forms.

Solution:
- Wrap items which are using outermost wrapper form in a separate form.
- Remove the outermost wrapper form.

The other way round is also possible i.e. remove inner forms & keep the 
parent form. The only drawback is when using enter key to submit the 
form. In IE it uses the very first submit button encountered.
