I am using https://svn.typo3.org/TYPO3v4/Extensions/dam/dam/trunk. Are you
sure you do not have local modifications that conflict with this patch? I
just updated from SVN and tried to make the diff again: it is the same with
the exception of one line number shift down. I attach it here for check.

We also have this issue in Snowflake and we fixed it locally 3 months ago.
Now we want to sync all our local fixes back to DAM. We use DAM a lot and
have to fix issues from time to time. Now we want to give these fixes back
to the community :)
