Problem:
Validating the html code of the element browser throws errors. One error

is a duplicate title attribute in the image tag of the media types in 
the tree view.

Solution:
To get a more valid code the duplicate title attribute is removed from 
the image tag. The second title attribute is inserted by the wrapIcon() 
method, so it shouldn't be set in the getIcon() method.

Note:
The method getIcon() is also made CGL compliant.
