[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC #14504: Feature: Hide folders by regex

Problem:
It it not possible to hide folders by a regular expression. But for 
files it is.

Solution:
Add the same check as it is done for files but with an own configuration 
value "mod.txdamM1_file.foldersDisplayExcludeByRegex"
