[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC #13375: DAM floods the deprecation log because it uses t3lib_div::makeInstanceClassName

Problem:
tx_dam_indexing calls t3lib_div::compat_version with a wrong parameter format (4.3.0 instead of 4.3). As compat_version 
does not handle minor versions, dam always the calls the deprecated function t3lib_div::makeInstanceClassName instead of 
t3lib_div::makeInstance().

Solution:
Correct the parameter.
