[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC #13215: stylesheet.css not loaded in category treeviews

Problem:

There is a stylesheet.css under dam/res/css/ that is not loaded when you want to select categories in various situations:
- selecting a parent category
- adding categories to a dam item
- selecting dam mounts for be-users and groups
This will break the category tree layout in large and deep trees, because the titles will wrap due to a missing 
white-space:nowrap. See attached screenshot.

Solution:
Load the stylesheet.

The attached patch was sent to me by Michiel Roos and has my +1 by testing.
