[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC #15624: dam_catedit: Add 'doNotLoadInFE' => 1 to ext_emconf.php

Hello DAM people!

This is an SVN patch request.

Type: no-no-no-brainer

BT reference: http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=15624

Problem:
dam_catedit is loaded in FE context costing at least 1 millisecond of 
parsing time.

Solution:
Add 'doNotLoadInFE' => 1 to ext_emconf.php
