[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC #16299: dam_catedit: Visual and functional improvement of dam_catedit

This is an SVN patch request.

Type: bugfix + improvement

Problem:
- dam_catedit misses docheaders
- dam_catedit has no button to add a new category in the main frame
- the category tree is not refreshed after adding/editing categories

Solution:
The attached patch adds docheader, moves the add shortcut icon and the 
refresh icon to the docheader. In the docheader there is a new icon "add 
category" that adds a category as a subcategory of the currently active 
category.

The nav tree and the module now have a HTML template.

Comments:
t3lib_BEfunc::setUpdateSignal('updatePageTree'); is obvisouly not 
working for the DAM category tree. If you can confirm this, I will 
remove the comments about setUpdateSignal. The refresh is triggered in 
the JavaScript functions (top.content.nav_frame.refresh_nav();) and it's 
working.
