[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC: #12127: Markers not replaced when editing document

Dan,

Might it be that T3-Core version or EXT pb_dameditarea is the reason for 
  your bugreport?

Reasoning: plain TYPO3 4.2.8 with EXT dam (svn version) wont allow me to 
reproduce the missing doc-header icons while editing an html or txt 
file. (neigther in indexed now un-indexed mode).

Could you try reproducing the err with the latest DAM-SVN Sources?
