[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFCL #9177: Indexing files is not working in NFS Filesystems

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem: Dam us using flock for locking files while indexing. Since 
flock is not working on some file-systems, the indexing is not working.

Solution: Use t3lib_lock and Core setting for lock type.
