Hm, strange.

I have sent Sebastian an email and requested 'manage' rights for
dam_index (and all the sub projects of the dam I don't have manage
rights to).

Strange that I can close bugs for sub projets but not manage users for
the sub projects.

Oh well . . .

Bug is closed now.
