Problem:
Media->List->Thumbnails
- Current selection doubles when no files found (was maybe introduced 
with #9653)
- Module shows the Sorting pulldown when no files found so theres 
nothing to sort

Solution:
- move sorting inside if($this->pObj->selection->pointer->countTotal){
- remove the else part
