[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC #10793: Use different DAM column for title-tag inserting pictures in RTE

Problem:
There seems to be a problem to change the selected DAM-field as 
title-tag for a picture inserted with the RTE.

With this setting:
RTE.default.buttons.image.title.useDAMColumn = title

RTE still takes the standard configuration, which is caption.

Solution: See attached. Big thanks to Stanislas for the patch, and Jörg 
for reporting & testing the issue.
