[TYPO3-dam-devel] RFC #10627: Marker ###FOLDER### is not replaced

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
in the blue bar at the top of the window is a marker named ###FOLDER### 
which is not replaced. This is an issue only in the module, not the 
submodule.

Solution:
This marker was added in the default template, which dam_index uses. 
Ideally it should have its own. For now, this patch corrects the issue.
