Problem:
Currently, we have "Save document and view page" in the docheaders of
Media->File and Media->List when editing meta data manually.

This is disturbing, because the page linked to is the media folder which
is a SysFolder and hidden anyway in most installations. So the editor
will end up with a page not found message in FE.


Solution:
- add options.saveDocNew.tx_dam = 0 to TSConfig in ext_localconf.php
- add &noView=1 to $params of _getCommand in record and file actions
